  1. Just in case anyone else has the same problem with certain PS1 games, here’s what I’ve learned. On my original PS1 hardware some games won’t work unless you turn off the analog switch on the Dual Shock controller. Since the RG351P doesn’t have that button you have to go into Retroarch and change your controller type to the normal (non-dualshock) controller. Games that I had to do this with were: Doom, Final Fantasy 7, Final Doom, and Castlevania Symphony of the Night. Hope this helps!

  2. Is there a written review?
I like your videos but I prefer reading, and all your other written reviews were very well done.

    1. Hi Vin, I generally don’t do written reviews for hardware, although I do break down my software guides into written reviews when I have the time. Unfortunately I keep my reviews to video only, since many of my key points (how the buttons feel, etc) seems to be best represented on screen and not in written form. Hope that makes sense!

  3. I bought one of these, followed your 2021 setup guide and put 351 Elec on it via a 128gb microSD card, the only reason I even sought your videos out is because I can’t get any games, either GBA or Playstation (the only two consoles I really want to use on here) to save. It’ll save in game but when I reboot the game the data is lost, Save States appear to work (they save up to 100%) but when I load the state after restarting the game, again nothing comes up. Hope you see this and can shed some light on what I’m missing.
